Welcome back to my adventure of turning my little girl’s nursery into a big girl room. One things for sure, she’s got a big girl attitude to go with it. Sheesh #threenager
If you are just tuning into my project you can catch up here:
This images represent weeks 1, 2, and 3 and you can click each image to go to that post. Week 4 is always kind of a lull. Most of the big decisions have been made and now it’s just a matter of executing all the hanging, assembling, and shopping. I was in pretty good shape but needed to figure out one last piece. I really wanted to put a vanity in her room to house all of her hair stuff, play jewelry and makeup and to serve as a desk down the road. Here were my top contenders:
Since I made the call last week to go with all white furniture it made it a little easier to narrow down my choices. Especially after I saw this precious mini campaign style…
I absolutely love this little vanity! It also comes at a great price point and was really easy to assemble. So all of the big pieces are in or in transit so from here on out its styling and accessories!
Here is where things stand now:
Task List
Choose the rest of the bedding (pillows and duvet)
Choose a dresser
Choose a vanity
Find fabric for chair
Find fabric for roman shade
Come up with storage for books and toys ———- found something really cute for books!
Find art and accessories ————-can’t wait to show you this!
