First, I must tell you that I am not schooled on nutrition nor what makes up a healthy meal but I know about things that taste good and are easy to make. Easy is crucial because most days are so rushed that by the time I realize I need to eat I am already at the panicky bottomed-out stage. That means get out of my way and disregard anything I may say.
My new favorite lunch involves only 2 ingredients…

I don’t know why I have been so late on the Siracha train?!
The stuff is good on everything!
I just follow the directions for these frozen Trader Joe’s dumplings (2 min in the microwave)
and then drizzle over some Siracha.
