I have decided to add to my “Table of Contents,” a new section entitled Good Design: in real life. I feel like blogging can suck you into such a rabbit hole of pretty images and perfected photo shoots, but how about real places that you can go drool over in real life?! Sounds good to me!
First up is a grocery store. Yep, a grocery store. One of my favorite trips was a quick weekend my husband and I took to Beaufort, SC. It is a laid-back little town on water with the perfect get-away-from-it-all atmosphere. We went there with no real plan and it worked out great. We stumbled upon some outdoor music in a little dirt lot where food was being served out of a truck and you sat on old wooden picnic tables to sip beer from a can. We stayed in a bed and breakfast that was clean and didn’t have doilies. And we still talk about these mongolian beef rolls we had at some restaurant I will never remember the name of. Just a good easy trip.

This grocery store is in Beaufort and although I didn’t visit it while we were there (kicking myself), I will add it to the list of reason we need to go back. And I want to go back…soon. My girl’s trip was great but now suddenly reality is a lot more stressful. Something about living by no schedule and sipping fruity drinks on the beach makes motherhood seem really taxing all of a sudden 🙂 Stay-at-home mom problems…
