I love gold accessories. They add instant warmth to any room and when fall rolls around I always want more soft glowy accessories. And I am not partial to any one shade…metallic, aged, brass, shiny, dull, any gold will do. And speaking of gold, I finally got around to doing one of the easiest DIY projects. I have to give credit where credit is due…I first saw this idea on Tiffany Leigh Interior Design. She whipped one out last fall and I kept meaning to do one but I wanted too long and the Halloween stuff was gone from Michael’s. When they put it out this year, I grabbed one of the $1 cardoard skulls and finally took the 5 seconds it takes to spray paint it…
If you still don’t feel like making your own, you can buy the one up there in my design board from Z. Gallerie. Find that and all of the other sources here:

It's one of the few things my husband even commented on. Of course he would love the $1 accessory!
