January is almost over, say whaaat?? And my newborn is officially out of the newborn stupor. She is awake a lot more and I am definitely feeling like a mother of 3. Whatever that means…crazy, busy, forgetful, tired, and happy. Very very happy! Although, I wonder if I will ever have time to sit down again. Here’s our life, hope yours is going great!
Trying to accomplish more of my pins…
That means trying new snacks like these banana s’mores.
It’s tough but someone has to do it.
Us girls in our skinnies!
Try to ignore the big, unpolished feet…trying to let my toenails breathe for the winter 🙂
So far so good with the white couch!
It has survived 3 kids, a dog, and multiple dinners at the coffee table
for 6 months and it just now needed a washing.
That part couldn’t have been easier too!
It is back to stark white.
Over Christmas my sister, the one who was living in Seattle, called and told me they were moving to Charlotte!! Best news of my life!! They are already here and getting settled.
I can’t wait to watch these boys grow up together!

Finally got around to organizing my closet.
I mean, really?!
Is she for real?
She is the light of our life right now!
And she has a message for ya…
Looking back over these pictures I realized how much our bed is the central spot in our house.
It seems like we do everything there-
fold laundry, play Wipeout, watch movies, and occasionally sleep!
Do you have a spot like that in your house?
Where everyone always ends up?

She is precious Beth! Youre so lucky to have your sister nearby now, and cousins for the kids! Your home looks great, and the beds are no longer our main play area, but it was when the kids were little! Now it's the family room. Have a great weekend.

she is the CUTEST!! and what good luck about your sister! hey – how did you wash your couch? take off the slipcovers and wash? did you do anything else to the base?
desingpostinteriors@hotmail.com says
She is pretty delicious!! Mine is an IKEA couch so the base comes off as well so I just washed all of it on hot and let it air dry. I also put it back on damp so the wrinkles would come out.

Oh my gosh, your little girl is so adorable and look at that happy face. And I love her "be happy" shirt – so cute. And what great news to have your sister and her family near you – that is awesome.
