Welcome back from your weekend! Did we all have glorious spring weather?? Ours was heavenly as were the hours and hours of sleep I got.
I have been sleeping like crap lately so I was so happy to catch up on some much needed zzz’s.
This weekend flew by. We had tons of baseball, of course, and I worked the concession stand for the first time. I have to tell ya I was super nervous about all the math I would have to do in my head to make change but, I did just fine!
We also got tons of projects done around the house.
I am feeling much more prepared for this week’s One Room Challenge updates. And I even managed to get over to Taylor’s office to make a little progress on that redo I promised him, oooooh back in December!
I also got out and did some shopping and I was so happy with the new stuff at World Market. Sometimes it’s all a little too muted for me but, lately they have rolled out a whole new line of bright pieces that I love!
The turquoise trimmed couch is my favorite.
It would look so perfect in a beach house.
There are also a rainbow of throw pillows (for $10!!) and a whole bunch of fun flat-woven rugs in great patterns. I am even considering a granny-chic moment with those bright floral curtains!

This week is going to be a blur for me. I am finishing up lots of ORC projects, starting new design boards, hitting up the opening party for a friend’s new store: Denim House, and heading to the Wachovia Cup with my mom. Hope everyone is off to a great start this week!
