My house is all abuzz with Easter Bunny talk. My 5-year-old Oliver is really getting into these holiday characters and has tons of questions. Does he talk? Is it a real rabbit or cartoon? What happens if you touch him? Its all so exciting-yet creepy- at the same time. On one hand he can’t wait to see what this magical rabbit leaves in his basket but on the other…a big ass talking rabbit that sneaks into your house?!
In honor of spring here is a round-up of bunny-inspired fabric via Spoonflower:
This one would make for an awesome upholstered headboard.
Add navy bedding with brass sconces flanking the bed and you have yourself
a traditional guest room with a twist.
Or create a pair of twin headboards with orange and coral bedding for dream little girls room!
I would use this fabric as a skirt on a parson’s table.
Trim it with khaki ribbon and fill the room with rustic wood and woven baskets.
An unexpected home office!
Back a bookshelf with this and fill it with old trophies, leather books, and an hour glass.
Whether a little boy or grown man, it will be the perfect backdrop to a man cave!
Upholster a banquette cushion with this fabric and see who is the first
to notice that the stripes are actually bunnies!
Could be cool too as a large bolster on a little girls bed!
No question that this needs to be turned into pillows!
Toss a couple on your couch for a pop of hot pick and definite conversation starters!
