What did you accomplish or learn?
So, on to the OCR in week 2. My client is, thankfully, a very easy and decisive person so we are moving right on schedule as of now. Last week I presented some design boards to her and she was able to narrow in on the style she is going for. We needed to pick the main furniture pieces first so I gave her four quick combos so she could choose the combination she likes the most. Luckily she is on board with not having an overly-matching set. And did I mention, they had already chosen a dark leather sectional? It isn’t in yet but we are working with it’s measurements.
3.
Which one do you think she chose? Which is your favorite? This week our goal is to have the tables and rug ordered. While she is making those final decisions I am busy sourcing the accessories: mirrors, lamps, baskets, fluff. The next space I am going to focus on is styling the mantle with textures, sentimental items, and things that will fill the scale of that huge area. Remember it looks like this:

I like #3. Your advice on picking a smaller rug and layering it is great. I love the head shot, but you don't look old enough to be a mom….that's a good thing 🙂

People always assume I am a teen mom when I tell them I have 3 kids. I am finally old enough to see this as a good thing!
