Do you see these two little turds??
Don’t they look like they are just dying to share a room and reek havoc on me and Taylor?
Well my husband has a sick wish for his sons to share a room so we are about to be changing things up around here. I am scared. But on the bright side I will get to completely redo some rooms in our house.
Before I get started on them though I figured I should finally share some of the current rooms.
I have delayed on this because I just hate to share pictures when I feel like the rooms are not completely done. But lets be honest here, the rooms are never done in my mind.
Sullivan is a little over 2 and I am still claiming that this room is not done.
I will share the picture as long as you promise to read all my obnoxious notes about what I should/might do to finish the room!
Right around the corner from our art wall lives little Sully…
I love the grey/white palette of this room. I started with these neutrals because we didn’t find out the sex of Sullivan. I wanted something that could go either way. Turns out most of the stuff I picked is really not “boy” anyways. A lot of it is still neutral but we love it. It’s peaceful.
Found that changing table for a steal. It was a floor model in a store that was going out of business.
Yes, that is the rug you could barely make out in Friday’s post.
This is a temporary home but it works for now.
Eventually it will be heading to the kitchen.
I made the curtains. Hemmed long panels and added a ribbon trim.
Printed pictures from a kids storybook.
Paris is special to us since we got engaged there.
Hey, it’s where this little family all began.
(the engagement, not the pregnancy!)
Just a boring ole closet but I am weird and I like to see where people keep their stuff.
We maxed out this little guy with an extra rod and added some space for shoes.
And a good mama always color codes the clothes 🙂
So that’s where my Sullivan has been living it up before he makes the big move to his bachelor pad.
I had plans to add a cooler light than the flush mount one that is there. I still might.
I also wanted to add a rug, which I kinda did. At least for now anyways.
I also had big dreams of recovering the chair in some funky fabric but well, ya know.
Anyways I hope you enjoyed a peek into our house.
I will share more…finished or not!
