I’m a big fan of just throwing a lot of seasonally appropriate things together to create an organic look. This year the only thing I bought were the mums and pumpkins. I used old pots from my basement which Taylor thought were trash since they had cracks and chips. I think it gives them a good rustic vibe.
And inside my house is a lot of the same…repurposing and natural things.
I have accumulated a collection of pumpkins so I just used those along with sticks from my yard.

Such a pretty porch. I too save all my old cracked and chipped pots…I love the patina and aged look…much better than perfect and new!

I love the actual pot that you used for one of your mums. and I've never seen a green pumpkin, what a cool find!

I "strongly encouraged" my son to choose that one as his pumpkin. 🙂

Your door and mantle look fantastic, Beth! Glad you saved the clay pots despite the chips–well worth it.
