I am going to start getting a reputation in my neighborhood….
Can you even find Harper in her camo stroller? There’s so much free greenery out there and your house is just begging for a little zhushing. Do it, it’s awesome.
Here’s what my mantle got…
And my dining room table…

Those leaves are fantastic. Do you live near a tropical rain forest?
Jealous.

You would think! All of these huge leaves are right here in suburbia 🙂
Linda {Calling it Home} says
Haha, you are lucky to be able to have all of them for free.

Right?! It's a good excuse to get out for a walk and I have finally met some neighbors in the process!

Love those leaves! A wee bit of green always adds some vibrant energy to a home. Do you walk around with hedge clippers or small shears? (Don't want the neighbors to be scared!) Good for you Beth–looks great.

I don't bring any tools 🙂 Luckily those big leaves snap off really easily!

Love using leaves from my yard inside the house! I even consider this when buying new plants for outside landscape…hmmm…how would these leaves look in a vase! Its always good to bring a little of the outside in.

Totally laughing b/c I do the same thing! I'm dying to go down the street and scope out what's around the yard of an empty foreclosure that I can scavenge. My husband said "Uh, trespassing…vandalism…theft…" Whatever! 🙂 What in the world are those huge leaves? They are awesome!
desingpostinteriors@hotmail.com says
Sounds like you have a treasure trove just around the corner. It's not trespassing just, uh, recycling 🙂 I am not sure what they are but if I find out I will let you know!
