August is rocking and rolling! Between the kids heading back to school and getting back into the work swing of things, I feel like this month was a blur. Since August is coming to a close, that means my design board $100 deal is also coming to an end.
But don’t fret if you missed this deal. I have just announced a new menu of services so there is bound to be a package that would work for you!
And if you are local to Charlotte you can come participate in our first makeShop workshop!!
It’s September 11 and it’s going to be fun!

And, finally it’s the last Friday of the month which means I am participating in the Best of My Nest link-up. I don’t feel like I have done a whole lot on the house front this month, but I did at least spruce it up with some pretty fresh flower bouquets. I just shared yesterday how I take inexpensive grocery store flowers and add a few things to make them look more high-end. I also shared a little tip for getting them to live longer! You can read my whole post, here.
Head over to see all of the link-ups organized by these lovely ladies…

And one last thing before we head off into this Labor Day weekend…
If you have missed any of the Blogger Stylin Home Tour this week you should definitely go check them out! Lindsay from The White Buffalo Styling Co. rounds up a bunch of really good room tours and creates a blog hop. I am almost through the list but it’s taking me a little while because I want to pour over every detail of each room! So much inspiration!
Here is the complete list with links, including a favorite room tour by yours truly.

Me too Cassie!! Too bad I'm a million miles away. Your table looks soooo pretty Beth, I'm loving the black & white striped plates with the colorful flowers and summery turquoise blue!

Love your fun table, I think I recognize those Ikea plates, right? 🙂 Great flower tip, I'd never heard of that!
